Family enterprises are survivals with dynamic mostly, but generally exist inhuman capital disposition or inversion phenomenon, and difficult to contacts and cybersource continuity and expansion effectively, how to optimize the distribution of humancapital to form a social network with a powerful capability, become the main problem inChinese scenarios. Based on the above points, on the basis of social networkresearch about human capital allocation of family enterprises at home and abroad, thisdissertation gives a review of related literature, summarized the main points of Chineseand foreign scholars on the allocation of human capital of familyenterprises social network, further pointed out the shortcomings of the existing researchgaps in the field, and taking the opportunity to carry out more thorough research. At thesame time, this dissertation using the method of grounded theory to research socialnetwork of human capital allocation with family enterprise, then construction socialnetwork maps of different dimensions, rich in social network research related to humancapital allocation of family enterprises, also broaden family enterprise’s sustainabledevelopment space. Based on the grounded theory research integrated framework andresearch results, this dissertation puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions tooptimize the allocation of human capital and family enterprises socialnetwork transformation and upgrading.Based on the human capital allocation of existing family enterprises social network,this dissertation describes the definition and characteristics of family enterprises, humancapital and social network, in the presence of internal logicsymbiosis, cooperation, coupling family business and social network. At the same time,this dissertation sets three common types of human capital allocation of family enterprisessuch as hierarchical multiple types, extended value-added, conditions triggered, and thenreaches the mechanism and its analytical framework of family enterprises’ human capitalallocation to social network ability. During social network atlas design of familyenterprises’ human capital allocation, material select and method research is the coreelements, in accordance with the continuously compared and sampling of grounded theoryresearch, research topics and carry out data collection and analysis, then conduct threelevel code and write memos, including open coding, axial coding and selective coding.According to the15categories of the grounded theory research method coding phase refining such as family structure, and extracted3core categories, including laborforce and hair growth, judo fortune development, continuous learning improvement. thisdissertation expatiate the relationship between cognitive resources from the3dimensionsof the social network atlas of human capital allocation of family enterprise and itsconstruction, More clearly recognize the system building of atlas concerns andinfluencing factors, this dissertation provides a prototype path and countermeasure ofvalue to the benign development of family enterprises, and to lay a solid foundation withhow to optimize the allocation of human capital transformation and better socialnetwork subsequent family enterprises to upgrade.
