Credit Risk Research Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprise

Finance is the core of the modern economic society, and the banksystem is the most important part of it. Once a large bank system riskhappen, it will bring a series of chain reaction to economic and society.The impact will be wide, and the cost will be huge. On the other hand, thesmall and medium-sized enterprises have made a great contribution to ournational economic construction since Reform and Opening up, but theirfinancing difficulties become serious at the same time. The reason is thatit is difficult to manage the credit risk of the small and medium-sizedenterprises. In order to improve the support of bank, first of all, it need tobe solved that the difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprise creditrisk management.This article first summarizes the research status of credit riskmanagement of small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad,based on the classic credit risk management theories, combined with ourcountry small and medium-sized enterprise credit risk factors as well asthe causes, selected case ABC bank S branch as the research object,through the author personally involved in the bank credit and the surveyof case analysis method, researches the small and medium-sizedenterprise credit risk management problems. Through the analysis of the success and existing problems of small and medium-sized enterprisecredit risk management of ABC bank S branch, drawn lessons fromwestern commercial bank, this article puts forward suggestions toreforming of the organization construction of credit risk management,completing the credit business process operation, improving humanresource management system and speeding up the credit businessinnovation, in order to improve the level of the credit risk management ofsmall and medium-sized enterprises in ABC bank S branch.
