Operational riskmanagement level of insurance companies in our country is relatively backward, not eventhe establishment of operational risk management in some special, there are manyproblems in operational risk management. While good internal control is the main way toavoid operation risk of insurance company.In this paper, the related literature at home and abroad by the life-insurance companyof the operational risk of internal control, determine the ideas and content of researchpapers.
