Research On Quality Control Framework Of Multinational Manufacturing Company

The definition of Quality in ISO9000-2005is described as: degree to which a set ofinherent characteristics fulfills requirement. As the rapid developing of global economic,in order to gain the foothold during the fierce competition, more and more companiestake quality as their base. The challenges in front of every enterprise are: how to fulfillthe inherent characteristics and how to meet the requirement of every consumer, so it isvery important to build an appropriate quality control framework for the development ofenterprise.Based on the author’s years’ working experience in a multinational enterprise andresearch on every key point of quality control, the advanced quality control ideas andframework of the K enterprise are studied in this paper, which includes the author’sperspective on quality control and the experience of how to define and solve a qualityissue during actual manufacture activities.Firstly, the development of quality management is reviewed, and the source andsignificant of this research are introduced.Then, the concept of quality cost is leaded in this paper, and the usage of statistics ofquality cost from how it works to improve enterprise’s quality level and quality controlframework optimization is discussed, and the K enterprise quality control frameworkwhich is based on quality cost statistics is studied.At last, the K enterprise’s quality control framework from the material procurementto factory’s internal production is researched. The quality level management concept andthe usage of the quality level concept through key performance management activities areintroduced. The quality tools including DMAIC which are used in the key points ofquality control activities are introduced, and with an actual example, the prominent effect ofthese quality tools to control the quality cost is displayed.
