Research On Quality Cost Management Based On Different Quality Level Suzhou KKK Company As An Example

The development trend of global integration, the enterprise is facing the fierce competition of globalization. China made "going out" strategy and " One Belt And One Road" national strategy to promote the quality of Chinese enterprises to put forward higher requirements. In order to improve the quality of products and services, enterprises must continuously improve the quality of products and services to improve customer satisfaction. At the same time, companies must also continue to reduce costs, so that the cost of products or services to improve. This makes enterprises face a problem: how to improve the quality of products at the same time continuously reduce costs? How to establish the system of quality cost management under different quality level? Taking Suzhou KKK company as an example, this paper studies the quality cost management under different quality levels, and analyzes the quality cost management of the enterprise dynamic quality level.In this paper, the process control and continuous improvement of quality management system in the new quality management system, the paper discusses the theory of quality cost management under different quality levels, and taking KKK company as an example, studied the quality cost management method under the general quality level and Six Sigma quality level. First of all, the development of quality cost theory and the research of quality management are reviewed. At the same time, it also analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign enterprises to use quality cost management.Secondly, it analyzes the difference of quality cost management system under different quality level. The level of quality management can be divided into general quality management level and Six Sigma quality management level, through the use of the quality cost of these two kinds of quality control, the paper reveals the difference and the relationship between the two.
