With the progress and development of era, the status of information in theenterprise is more and more important. enterprise management and operation mode isthe basis of the informatization of the enterprise and the key is that the dataintegration and sharing. The completion of the information is to be realized step bystep and it can bring economic benefits for the enterprise and enhance itscompetitiveness. ERP is a result of global economic and information, in recent years,ERP application widely in manufacturing enterprises. More and more enterprisesrealize the importance of ERP, most of the enterprise managers want to streamlineconfiguration and use of enterprise resources, make its benefit maximization, costminimization, thus improve the status of enterprise in market competition, expandingeconomic benefits by take advantage of the thought of ERP. The financialmanagement module of ERP is also the difficult problems during enterprisemanagement, many function has not been fully utilized. This needs us to in-depthresearch, so that each function module of ERP can be fully realized and provide abetter service for the enterprise. At present, most enterprises implemented the ERPmanagement system, but because of the existence of a larger gap between companiesand market environment factors, companies can rarely successfully fullimplementation of ERP management system. Through the use of ERP in enterprise A,this article analyzes and optimizes its logistics link and financial link, illustrates theimportance of ERP.This article first introduced briefly the enterprises why to use ERP,why study todo this issue, and which research methods adopted in this article. Then introduce therelated concepts relating in the research content. The third part of the article give anintroduction about background and the status quo of the enterprise management ispresented in A manufacturing enterprise,then, enterprise’s production process andcasting machining process are analyzed and introduced, and summarized the problemsexisting in the enterprise, namely enterprise material management, inventorymanagement, production planning and product rejection rate calculation,shortcomings exiting in such aspects. To response to the diversity and uncertainty ofcustomers demand needs better solutions.The fourth part is the focus of the article, combined with the present problems of the enterprise, firstly analyzed the enterprisesneed to improve the key problem, namely, the issues about material management,inventory management, the material and machining tool management problem inassembly.Finally, the functions of production management and warehousemanagement in ERP system how to realize are introduced, and analyzes on theadvantages of the new ERP system. Fifth part of the article on the basis of aboveanalysis, for material inventory control methods of some feasible advice, and from theproduction organization and management, customer relationship management,financial management and human resources and puts forward some Suggestions,Finally, a summary of the work and the results of the study of the article, and pointedout the direction of the need to study in the future.Through analyzing the application of ERP in enterprise A, we know that themanufacture enterprises often face production schedule change frequently, customerdemand is not stable, management tools are difficult to machining department and aseries of problems, For enterprises to implement ERP management, it needs to facethe whole supply chain, to integrate each function module, realize information sharing.Reasonable integration about the enterprise resources can guarantee the normaloperation of enterprises and the economic benefit, information transmission andaccess can provide decision makers with decision-making and in a timely manner.The study in this article has significant reference function to the implementation ofERP in other manufacturing enterprises.
