Electric power fuel management system, which is an main part of the supplychain management of electric power system, is actually the fuel logistics system forpower production. Facing customers among power generation enterprises and ourstrategy as the sub-strategy of the group regional development, how should ourcompany identify the market position and development direction, and how can wereact in the complicated fuel supply market? To solve these problems is an importanttopic of existence & development for our company.Through the analysis of the current complex situation in coal market, theanticipative market orientation, and the present problems of our corporation, thisarticle ascertains the exterior opportunity and challenge for enterprises, finds out theinterior advantages and disadvantages of the corporation, establishes the mission &developing objective for our company, and proposes the optional strategies andspecific implement strategies.According to the SWOT analysis and the request of strategies for C corporationand Henan Branch on the foundation of EFE and IFE model, this article sets up astrategy model following the rules of modern enterprise management. It also designsthe logistics and information system by building the ERP system, in order to promotethe ability of controlling upriver market and serving power generation enterprises.This article also researches the problems involved the coal stock management forpower generation enterprises and the strategy implement. The article brings forwardthe management system matching with ERP system, and puts forward its ownopinions of achieving the HEF Company and Group Corporation regionaldevelopment objective.
