Employee who is of high engagement will help to improve competitive advantage ofenterprise. Related data shows, in today’s era of environment, Employee engagement have asignificant impact on the performance and profit of company. The enterprise need to focus on:attention people, concerned about the interpersonal relationship, improve the efficiency ofmanagement and business performance.As staff most time is associated with the occupation activity. When individuals in theorganization are aware of high matching degree with organization, they are more likely togenerate positive organizational behavior. More and more enterprises have been aware ofimportance of the relationship among person-organization fit, performance and employeeengagement.So on the one hand, company should try to find fit candidate during therecruitment selection for a particular position; on the other hand company shall strengthen themanagement internally, to achieve better matching of individual and organization. But inreality, even if the organization do well on above two points, there are still a lot of workproblem in organization, such as weak staff psychological capital, high staff turnoverphenomenon, this has become a major problem. Most previous studies aboutperson-organization fit is on how to meet considering from organization strategy, whileignored the huge role during transformation due to individual wishes and expectations. thispaper tries to introduce the psychological capital between person organization fit andemployee engagement, to explore the relationship between employee engagement and personorganization via the psychological capital as intermediary, and how it impact on theperformance of enterprises.Based on a lot of studying on domestic and foreign research literature, the papersummarized and analyzed the definition and MBI of main concepts including personorganization fit, psychological capital, employee engagement, and puts forward the researchhypotheses and theories the model of this paper.This paper implemented reliability andvalidity analysis, by statistic methods of correlation analysis, regression analysis. It alsovalidate related hypothesis which person organization fit will affect employee engagement,and the psychological capital will play an intermediary role between them. The paper hopemanagers pay more attention on person organization fit, employee engagement andpsychological capital.
