As the world’s second largest economy, Chinese economy has developed theway of its own characteristics. A large number of small and medium-sized privateenterprises have been playing a very important role. However, facing the g lobaleconomic changes and the increasing intense marketing competition, some smalland medium-sized enterprises cannot keep up with changes and have to drop out,but some are developing a different path.The organizing model of sharing-service-center is an advanced managementmodel used by Multinational Corporations. Many corporations, which passed theventure period and is in the process of growing period, use this model.In this essay, I use the model of sharing-service-center to study small andmedium-sized enterprises such as Synjones Group. This paper has five parts.First, I will pay my attention on the background, goal and the significance of thestudy, and the current development phase of the sharing-service-center withrelated theories. Second, I will analyze the present sharing-service-centermanagement situation of Synjones and introduce the history of itssharing-service-center and the processing. Meanwhile, I will analyze theproblems of this center in Synjones with the facts. Third, to guide the actualwork, I will design new optimized solution combining with the theoretical basisand advanced management methods. The main content of this parts is:restructuring of Synjones sharing-service-center, improving service ability ofSynjones’ sharing-service-center, corporatization of Synjones’ sharing-service-center. Fourth is the ensuring of the solution’s implement, including the serviceidea the intentions of service make the agents’ success, the enhancement of thestructure of the organization, the further strengthening of management teamconstruction, incentives and assessment, and the state of art information methodsetc. The last part is conclusion. I will summarize the result of the study and theoutlook of the significance in this part.
