The Research Of Production Quota Management In Harbin Turbine Company Limited

Under the circumstance of global economic development and increasinglyintensive competition between the equipment manufacturing industry, scientificmanagement system is required for manufacturing enterprises to get advantageand enhance profitability in competition. As the major element of corecompetitiveness of enterprises, production quota management is the importantmeasures enterprises organize production and efficient way to lower cost andraise labor productivity. It is also the basis that the enterprises formulatereasonable salary distribution based on performance. This article aims toinnovate and design the production quota management system through studyingHarbin Turbine Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as HTC), a largestate-owned equipment manufacturing enterprise, and its productioncharacteristic is order form-based production.Retrospecting related theory and research result of production quotamanagement, integrating the problem of HTC`s production quota management,and applying basic theory of production quota management, this article overallanalyzes the original situation and lists the status and problem of productionquota management HTC facing. Aiming at the main problem, this article putsforward a set of scientific production quota management system, ensuring theworking hour quota could be matched with the actual producing condition andplays its due role in all aspects of enterprise management. The core part of thisarticle is the project design of HTC`s production quota management system,ranging from setting up production quota standard system, standardizingproduction quota management procedure, building quota managementinformation platform, designing quota data application to the actualimplementation and safeguard measure of the project, systematically finish theinnovating design of production quota management system step by step.The new production quota management system mentioned in this article willbe perfectly exerted on HTC to solve current problem and promote productionquota to play its role in enterprise management. Meanwhile, this could bereference to other manufacturing enterprises providing them with the reasonable countermeasures for their production quota management.
