The business of Smart Home of Shengjian Group focuses on providing the wholeintegrated project of Smart Home products, including Smart office, Smart community, andSmart Home business, etc. Smart Home of Shengjian Group is still in its baby period, whosegrown up and development depend on the suitable marketing strategy.Based on the study of the marketing strategy of Shengjian Smart Home Company, theauthor studies both domestic and overseas markets of the Smart Home, analyses themarketing characteristics and marketing tools. This thesis gets a comprehensive data surveyon the economic development, level of consumption of the Smart Home industry in Dongyingmarket. Then the author draws a subdivision of the Shengjian Smart Home Company marketin order to set up an image of Shengjian Smart Home Company and to deep the impaction ofShengjian Smart Home Furnishing Company. The author focuses on two target markets: keybusiness market and current business market, and fixes the price level of the the target market.To reach this target, the author makes a deep analysis on the product strategy, the pricestrategy, the channel strategy, the promotion strategy and service strategy and puts forwardrelevant ideas and suggestions. In the end, the author hopes this paper will help the ShengjianSmart Home Company have a good start and a healthy development.
