After the state-owned enterprises have been exposed incidents of "Luxury cars","high alcohol and tobacco", the state-owned enterprise executives annual salary, especially the large state-owned enterprises supervised by central government with monopolistic nature of the executive compensation is pushed into the vortex of public opinion. In the market economy and the arrival of the knowledge-based economy, not only executive pay increasing fact, the wages of ordinary employees is also accompanied by rapid growth in varying degrees, but due to the special nature of the state-owned enterprises supervised by central government and their executives, people often think the central business executives the holding of high wages. This statement comes from the central enterprises long been protected by the government and its own administrative and natural monopoly, resulting in profitability is much larger than the other enterprise, the risks are few and far between, even the last of losses paid by the government. Furthermore, many people think the central business executives as chief executive of its income is much larger than the general authority executives, inconsistent with China’s national conditions, and concluded that the phenomenon of this central corporate executives paid a serious impact on China’s income distribution balanced. Therefore, central enterprises listed holding company executives pay for the study, the empirical analysis of its influencing factors, which have some depth understanding central executive pay and improve China’s central business executives pay system practical significance.In this paper, on the basis of theoretical analysis and research scholars, the first to use the data of the state-owned enterprises supervised by central government, the state-owned enterprises supervised by central government and their executives of listed companies pay status quo descriptive analysis; and then the main factors affecting the company executive compensation-internal factors, external factors and personal factors, the theoretical and empirical analysis of selected results of operations, firm size, the two jobs concurrently, board size, the proportion of executive stock ownership, the proportion of equity checks and balances, the level of pay in the industry and regional level of remuneration VIII factors as independent variables, each company executives annual average salary as the dependent variable, according to the modern theory of the firm, the principal-agent theory and the theory of motivation-if analysis, and then create a linear regression model, Pearson relevant data analysis and regression analysis concluded; Finally, according to the conclusions of the empirical analysis, executive compensation mechanism put forward to improve the state-owned enterprises supervised by central government.
