| The importance of business execution increases gradually in new economic era.Strengthening business execution, improving business execution efficiency and establishingthe idea of business execution has become a necessary way to build the core competitivenessunder the new situation for many enterprises. As an important part of the pillars of energyindustry in China, the petrochemical enterprises have gradually exposed the problem ofirrational structure, safety management and weak technological innovation capability in theirdevelopment. The key reason for that is the lack of business execution. Therefore, the paperconducts a research on the evaluation and countermeasures of petrochemical enterprisesexecution, taking Shandong Shida Shenghua Chemical Group for example.This paper firstly summarizes the concept, feature and influencing factors of businessexecution, laying the theoretical foundation for the business execution analysis. Secondly,according to the current management situation of Shandong Shida Shenghua Chemical Group,it analyzes the problems in business execution and summarizes influencing factors of businessexecution, combining the related theories and the features of Shandong Shida ShenghuaChemical Group. Next, it applies Fuzzy AHP evaluation method to building the executionevaluation model for this group and conducts an evaluation of business execution ofShandong Shida Shenghua Chemical Group and analyzes the results. Finally, according to theimportant aspects and weak links of petrochemical enterprises execution in the previousevaluation and combining with the concept of systems thinking, it provides suggestions toimprove the execution of the petrochemical enterprise, expecting to offer useful lessons forShandong Shida Shenghua Chemical Group to improve business execution and achievemotion for a long-term develpoment. |
