Study On The Influencing Factors Of Business Model Innovation In Logistics Enterprises

The logistics industry is a complex service industry,influencing economic growth and industrial structure through industrial linkage effects.The logistics company is the main component of the industry,and its sustainable competitive advantage depends on the dynamic innovation of its business model.The research on the influencing factors of business model innovation in logistics enterprises is a hot topic in this field.The paper uses a combination of normative research and empirical research to learn from the research paradigm of business model innovation theory and its influencing factors from the perspective of knowledge management.The logistics companies are used as research objects to analyze the relationship between organizational learning capabilities,knowledge collaboration,knowledge sharing and logistics enterprise business model innovation.From the perspective of the dynamics of business model innovation,select the influencing factors of business model innovation and propose its mechanism of action assumptions.Then design questionnaires of business model innovation influencing factors,using structural equation model to process group questionnaire data and testing hypotheses.The result shows the key innovative elements of the business model of logistics companies are knowledge collaboration,knowledge sharing and organizational learning.At the same time,gender has a moderating effect on business model innovation.
