With the continuous development of economic globalization and theincreasingly fierce market competition, more and more enterprises based onits own cost consideration and resource allocation, outsource the non-corebusinesses production to outside suppliers. But in this process, the demandinformation delivers more nodes from upstream to the downstream in thesupply chain, which results bullwhip effect phenomenon emerged, leading toproduct shortages and customer satisfaction decreases.This thesis based on the bullwhip effect phenomenon in C Company Xproduct series occurred in the process of production outsourcing, proposes totake the action of information sharing to reduce the bullwhip effect influence,research on the format and content of the information sharing to provide theavailability to implement in actual company operation, and use systemdynamics model to prove the effect of information sharing. In order tostrengthen upstream suppliers’ ability of information management, and improve the existing supplier evaluation system, propose a new responsecapability assessment method, as an index to measure the suppliers’ ability tomeet customers’ requirements. And through the method of comparativeanalysis, calculate and analyze the performance of new index and old index,to describe the complementary role of the new evaluation method to theoriginal evaluation mechanism. The research result of the thesis has apractical guiding significance to similar to Company C’s X series product.
