The Formation Mechanism And Prevention Control Of Bullwhip Effect In Supply Chain

With the rapid development of modern economy,science and technology,the trend of economic globalization has already become the main mode.In the future is no longer the economic competition between enterprises,competition between supply chains will become the main body of the market.But the existing enterprise supply chain model is not so perfect,there are many uncertain factors in the supply chain lead to the instability of the whole supply chain,the complex and difficult degree of supply chain management has great influence on supply chain performance,and the "supply chain bullwhip effect" is an important part of supply chain management difficult reason.Thus,study the formation mechanism of the supply chain bullwhip effect and its prevention control measures will be conducive to control the supply chain cost,improve the efficiency of the supply chain,making important contributions to the supply chain management.In this paper,we study the formation mechanism of the supply chain bullwhip effect and preventive control.Firstly,from the perspective of economics and the supply chain operation model to explain the bullwhip effect and analyze the influence factors of the supply chain bullwhip effect and processing method.The main content of the article is the study of multiple orders and information delay two factors influence on bullwhip effect,t through the analysis of the supply chain of multiple orders,constructed the mathematical model of the bullwhip effect of multistage order.According to the model,the bullwhip effect on the enterprises at all levels of the multi order supply chain for a quantitative comparison,proved that the multistage order makes the bullwhip effect along the supply chain downstream to upstream transmission and amplification,the article puts forward the method of information sharing into the mathematical model of the bullwhip effect,in order to weaken the bullwhip effect of supply chain,then through the analysis of supply chain information delay,construct a mathematical model of the bullwhip effect in supply chain delays,and quantify the node enterprises in the supply chain bullwhip effect value,VMI strategy to weaken the bullwhip effect is proposed,and the application can weaken the delay caused by the supply chain bullwhip effect.Finally through the empirical part,the main research of the bullwhip effect factors are analyzed,the article demonstrates that the proposed measures to weaken the bullwhip effect effective and feasible.
