Corresponding to theprocess of shopping on internet," look at the goods "we have the shoppingwebsite,"payment" we have the bank on the net,"to get the goods" we havethe logistics company,but “talk with the producer” there is no specificprofessional Company engaged in this business. Conversation is really talk(communicate feedback through various communication tools with theproducer).Actually in this way the efficiency is not high,and there is a lot ofspaces for improvement. This thesis look upon as these “talk with the producer” as a business foronline operation of personal characteristics. In accordance with the order ofwhy、what and how to carry out online operation of personal characteristics.From the beginning of online personal customization business, this thesisfocuses on the analysis of the trust research online, then combined with theresults of the questionnaire, this thesis finally gives marketing suggestionsabout personal information online operation of commercial practice.
