Coordinated Development Research On Characteristic Towns And Their Characteristic Industries

The characteristic towns are the key force to promote the development of new urbanization.Therefore,the development of “characteristics” in various towns has received great attention from the state.However,in the current construction of characteristic towns,there are a large number of blind imitations,which often lead to the lack of “features” in characteristic towns.The soul of the characteristic town lies in the industry,and the formation of the competitive advantage of the town should rely on the advantageous industry.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically evaluate the coordinated development between the characteristic towns and the characteristic industries,and accordingly it is necessary to propose countermeasures for the sustainable development of townsThe thesis first carried out literature research,and summarized the research results of domestic and foreign literature on towns and industrial development.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the interaction between characteristic towns and characteristic industries from the distribution of relevant policies and the development of characteristic town.Then,the thesis establishes the evaluation index system of characteristic towns and characteristic industries development level and proposes evaluation methods.On the basis of evaluation,the model of coupling degree of characteristic towns and characteristic industries is constructed,and the analysis method of the contribution rate of the characteristic towns and characteristic industries to the coordination degree is given.Finally,the thesis validates the proposed method by taking the first batch of characteristic towns in Shaanxi Province as an example.In the last part,the countermeasures for promoting the coordinated development of characteristic towns and characteristic industries are given.The research on the coordinated development of characteristic towns and characteristic industries is conducive to scientifically and rationally guiding the planning and construction of characteristic towns,thus avoiding the situation of characteristic towns without “characteristics” and promoting the sustainable development of characteristic towns.
