In order to meet the changing needs of users and thetimely development of new products, product life cycles of TV continue to shortentheproduction cycle, from the previous2-3years for less than1year. In addition, since thestart of twentieth Century90’s home appliance industryprice war, resulting in profit spacemore and more small color TV enterprises. These require enterprises to continuouslyoptimize the production mode of operation, reduce the cost of the product, at a faster speedof delivery andlower product price to occupy the market and the development of newmarkets.As the introduction of SAP system in the enterprise,enjoy SAP bring quickcorresponding speed and convenient service at the same time, there are many managementproblems, through the application of more than ten years of practice.As same as otherdomestic enterprise which used SAP system, the accuracy of the underlying data has beenthe main problem in the running of the system, the resulting excess material consumptionenterprise a large amount of money; SAP is the default operation based system of thecapacity of production system is infinite, so in the production scheduling only according tosemi-finished or finished sequence scheduling. SAP cannot identify the bottlenecksin theproduction system and unable to accurately guide production; From the monthly salesorders to goods to arrange daily production arrangement, from the production plan toproduction plan, the planning system have each execution.There is no unified platform;Due to the lack of supplier management, system can not accurately commandthe supplierdelivery, and do not use the material inventory classification. Thisresult does not usematerial or non emergency material amount.In view of the above questions, based on the ERP operatingmethod of thinking,combining the JIT and TOC methods of the mainstream of the world, the author hasanalyzed the existing problems of Inner Mongolia Branch, which are production operationand cost control. According to the following method is proposed to solve theirproblems. 1. The author analysis of basic data types,is combing the BOM maintenance and theestablishment process and puts forward the method of BOM linkage.2. The author combined with TOC method to identify bottleneck resources,developcapacity requirements planning, put forward the scientific schedulingbased on.The authoroptimization of MRS and MRP operation process, production and scheduling combinedwith SAP system.3. The author classification of materials ABC-XYZ method, control inventory amountand improve the material turnover rate.According to the idea of JIT, the authors change thework order mode and build a Kanban system and a pulllogistics.Finally, the author carries on the analysis to the SKYWORTH group Inner MongoliaBranch one month of production operation and cost control,summarize the new enterpriseobtained using the new method scores andhighlights, with reference to other householdelectrical appliance industry.
