Study On Quality Management System For Wk Testing Laboratory Of Household Electrical Appliance

As China joined the WTO and the increasing international trade, the market for product performance and quality requirements become increasingly standardized, and anxious to laboratories to provide them accurate, reliable data. Meanwhile, with the full liberalization of the testing market, more and more competing foreign testing organizations entered not only to bring the advanced technology and energy to our markets of testing and certification, but also to bring the new challenges for the domestic testing organizations. The testing laboratories urgentyl need to establish and run a sustained and effective quality management system to check the certificate or report of the verification and validation, to fully control the influence of various factors in the certificate or report. Its control should be involved in the whole process for the formation of the certificate or report. Through the strengthening of internal supervision and management, Testing laboratories pay attention to infrastructure and improve detection of real technical level and quality of testing to ensure fair conduct of scientific instruments, accurate results, and provide quality and efficient services.This paper will study on the establishment and operation of the quality management system of WK Household Appliance Testing Laboratory. It analyzes the quality impacting elements of the appliance laboratory quality management system, design the improvement programs and point out the measures for continuous improvement of the appliance testing laboratory quality assurance system in order to further enhance the testing capabilities of appliance testing laboratory. The main contents and innovations as followed:First, as the research object of this paper, the operation of quality management system for WK Household Electrical Appliances Testing Laboratory will be analyzed. Via the quality system audit and management review, this paper will analyze and research on the operation of management quality system of WK testing laboratory and analyzeits quality control process lack of experience.Afterwards, based on analysis of the reasons, the improvement programs are designed and assessed via using the relevant quality management theory.Next based on the existing quality system, improve the factors affecting the quality operation, reveal the effective operation of the testing system of quality assurance measures, put forward some practical proposals to improve the quality of the operation and management responsibilities; implement from areas such as:the resources (personnel and equipment) management, quality reporting, monitoring, measurement and improvement to create the preconditions for testing laboratories to making the actual test results of home appliances in line with international norms.
