Research On The Screening Mechanism Based On Online Supply Chain Finance

Online supply chain finance is through financial trading platform, e-commerceplatform, online payment platform, logistics and supply chain management platform,and the core of the enterprise information system platform to achieve a "businessflow, logistics, capital flow, information flow," available online and use, accordinglyto provide enterprises with paperless, standardized, convenient and efficient, lowoperating costs of financial services. As it plays an important role of pulling up theeconomics of our country, its development has drawn great attentions. The thesistakes the online supply chain finance screening mechanisms as the study object fromthe perspective of commercial bank to resolve the financial problems of the minorenterprises.Therefore on the basis of digesting substantial documents, this thesismainly accomplishes the following studies.In this paper, the definition, financing methods and indicators system of thetraditional credit lines, the supply chain finance and supply chain finance for acomparative analysis; traditional credit model and the limitations, supply chainfinance development and necessity to build online supply chain finance screeningmechanism were analyzed; existing screening methods, especilal six of which arewidely used in the screening methods of the supply chain, AHP, TOPSIS method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, principal component analysis, ABC costingand artificial neural network were evaluated; supply chain finance index system wasanalyzed, the online supply chain finance index system was divided into five maincomponents, industry conditions, the core business, the overall state of the supplychain, finance companies and financing projects; a screening indicator system ofonline supply chain finance was established; screening model was established withfuzzyAHP and relevant policy recommendations was proposed.The innovation of this paper:(1) built screening indicator system of onlinesupply chain finance. analysed the differences of online supply chain finance andtraditional supply chain finance and traditional credit; analysed industry conditions,the core business, the overall state of the supply chain, finance companies andfinancing projects, built the screening indicator system.(2) built screening model of online supply chain finance. analysis of conventional screening method, combinewith the characteristics of online supply chain finance, established screening modelwith fuzzyAHP.
