Research On The Policy System Of Residential Building Renovation Catering For The Elder People

The development policy of residential building renovation catering for the elderpeople (RECP) as a suitable basis for promoting the residential building RECP has notyet formed. Under the trend of aging, research on the development policy of theresidential building RECP has an important realistic influence on the development ofresidential building RECP in China.By analyzing appropriate policies of residential building RCEP in China and foreigncountries, the result shows that there are some gaps between home and abroad fromlegal environment related policies, specialization organizational development policy,technology promotion policy, investment and financing policies, advocacy andeducation policies etc. By using the experience of developed countries and regions,combined with China’s actual conditions, the article builds our country to promote thedevelopment of residential buildings RECP policy system. Including the relevant legalsystem, professional organizational development policies, appropriate technology forthe transformation of the old policy, investment and financing policies, advocacy andeducation policies. On this basis, the evaluation index system policy system, and themeaning of each indicator and quantify a detailed description, the establishment of amatter-element analysis method based on the evaluation model, and the evaluationprocess was simulated.This article identified the needed improvement policies areas, include the areas oflegal system respecting transformation of old buildings and facilities, fosteringprofessional services organizations policies areas, technical innovation policies andstandardization policies areas, the system of investment and financing polices areas ofresidential building RCEP and the advocacy and education policies areas. The paper puts forward some specific recommendations, for instance, strengthening legal systemrespecting transformation of old buildings and facilities, developing policies andmeasures about fostering professional services organizations, improving technicalinnovation policies and standardization policies, establishing the system of investmentand financing polices of residential building RCEP, ameliorating advocacy andeducation policies etc.The results of this article contribute to promote the establishment and improvementof the residential building RECP policy system, provide a basis for decision-making,thus contributing to the development of the cause of development residential buildingRECP.
