The Research On The Equipment Management With Project Theory For D Company

Company D propose machine purchase plan in board meeting consideringproduction flexibility which become major theme in manufacturers and companycapacity with market change. This thesis apply project management theory to analyzeand research initial management on machine and equipments.. Equipmentmanagement includes initial management and following management. Priormanagement include: equipment purchase, installation, debug and inspection. Thisthesis focus on analysis and research on equipment initial management.Company D is foreign investment company, its equipments were imported fromUS. Work team for this thesis finished project in plan by using project managementway from equipment purchase to debug.One of three pillars in company operation management is project management.Time, quality, expenditure is three elements for project control. Project progress,expenditure and following quality can by controlled better by using projectmanagement knowledge and method. Project management function can’t be fullyshowed unless combining company actual situation with advanced managementtheories based on continuous creation. In order to meet fast development demand incompanies, a lot of famous company are expanding capacity and equipments.In this research, author introduces regular solution for imported machine firstly,explain risk and control for imported machine combing with company actual situation.Author also shorten project time and reducing cost during period in purchasing anddebugging in MQTJ by using SWOT, PERT(CPM) model etc.With this research, Company D project run successfully and it reach target andbring benefits. In project implementation, operators skill and qualification, companymanagement level is also greatly improved by continuous learning, analyzing,summarizing, communication. And company competency and image is alsoimproved.
