In today’s society, the strength of the enterprise competitiveness and its productionquality has a direct link. With the improvement of living standards, Customers have notonly satisfied with the usefulness of goods, but pay more attention to the quality of theproducts. So, companies need to provide high quality products to customers to win the trustof the customer, and to have a better future. In the initial stage of quality inspection, thequality of the products can only be ensured by eliminating unqualified products. Althoughthe pass rate of production can be guaranteed by throwing away the unqualified products aswaste products, the unqualified products cannot be eliminated from the source. This kindof quality control method does not reduce the production cost and increase the profit ofenterprise. The famous quality management expert Zhu Lan also expressed the views thatthe future century is the quality century. If an enterprise wants to flourish in the market, itmust attach importance to the quality of its products. Most of the companies hope to have ascientific quality control method to control the enterprise product quality.The purpose of this paper is to monitor and predict the production process by usingquality control method and to optimize the production process and improve the stability ofproduct quality by using modern control tools. Thus, he managers can master the actualsituation of the production process. In this paper, according to the characteristics of CCompany’s machinery manufacturing process, this paper put forward specificsolutions based on quality control theory. This paper mainly used statistical process control,grey prediction model, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, etc.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows. First, after the analysis ofmachining process, this paper found the problems in the process of machining and in theproduct, size which does not conform to the requirements, thus lead to unqualifiedproducts and low productivity. Second, the abnormal processing problems were found bydrawing control chart and these problems were analyzed from the perspective of5M1E. Third, the fact that work piece and machine tool center do not coincide lead to the error ofspindle. Compared with YT15, YG6belongs to hard alloy steel and thus has better flexuralperformance. In the process of cutting,YT15stability is very good and can meet theneeds of the efficiency of processing. The use of metal cutting fluid can, keep the knifecutting edge sharp and, does not affect the cutting effect. Fourth, the improved productionprocess was forecasted by using the grey forecast model. Finally, the implementation effectof SPC was evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
