With the rapid development of China's socio-economic and urbanization continues to accelerate,making the city a substantial increase in population,and then put forward new requirements for green transportation,but the existing green transportation can not meet these requirements,it appeared many problems,such as traffic congestion,traffic pollution,traffic safety.The study of green traffic can alleviate these traffic problems to a large extent,and by measuring the green degree of the city,it puts forward some suggestions on green traffic construction.This paper mainly analyzes the various factors that affect the green traffic,and then establishes a set of green traffic green evaluation index system,and uses the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the green traffic evaluation model.Finally,through the application of the index system.The feasibility of the green traffic research and verification model in Beijing.First of all,this paper analyzes the green traffic theory,introduces the theoretical basis of constructing the green traffic evaluation index system,and summarizes its characteristics,essence and research goal.On this basis,green traffic evaluation needs to study the main content.Secondly,the evaluation methods are summarized,and the multi-index evaluation method of complex objects is analyzed systematically.The grey relational analysis method,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are introduced in detail.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the principles of green traffic evaluation index system systematically,and points out the characteristics of green traffic evaluation index system.After analyzing the existing evaluation index system at home and abroad,this paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish a new green evaluation index system from three aspects: traffic safety,traffic function and environmental impact.Details of the definition of the selected indicators.Finally,the green traffic evaluation index system and the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are established,and the development of green transportation in Beijing is evaluated.The evaluation results also verify that the evaluation index system is operational and effective.
