Nowadays the social human capital is more and more attention by enterprises, becausethe human capital has an irreplaceable role for an enterprise, it is the soul of an enterprise, andit is also an enterprise that can be the key to survival and development. Enterprise to havegood development potential or competitiveness, must have an abundant human capital, thenrequires to have an accurate pricing human capital value. By analyzing the existing traditionalhuman capital value assessment methods, although have merit, but without considering theuncertainty of human capital, human capital value assessment is a poor, so this paper tries toconstruct a to consider the uncertainty of human capital of human capital value assessmentmethods.This paper on the basis of expounded human capital theory, human capital value theoryand the real option pricing theory, respectively analysis the management, technical, andordinary human capital in the manufacturing enterprise has carried on the real optioncharacteristics, know that the three kinds of human capital has real optioncharacteristics-uncertainty, shows that using real options method to the three kinds of pricinghuman capital is feasible, and according to structure of three types of human capital infinancial options, and set the options of parameters and its measure. And then according to theblack-scholes option pricing model, build a manufacturing enterprise based on real optionvalue evaluation model of human capital. Finally, to evaluate the important parameters in themodel built by fluctuations.Through the application of the human capital value assessment model of the constructedby Shandong Wantong mould co., LTD., validated the analysis shows that the management ofenterprise employees can create the uncertainty of the value of the larger, skilled employees tocreate value, ordinary employees can create value is relatively stable. Through theeconometric analysis of the case also know, when the enterprise staff to create future value isgreater than the enterprise investment in human capital, the enterprise should havecorresponding to improve the staff’s wages and benefits, so as to attract talents and retaintalents for the enterprise, should also pay much attention to enterprise staff training, because itcan bring more value of human capital for the enterprise, the enhancement enterprise’s corecompetitiveness.
