Research On The Problems Of Microfinance In Shouguang Rural Credit Cooperatives

Micro-credit loans in rural credit cooperatives effectively help the poor farmers out ofpoverty, play an important role in building a socialist harmonious society. But there have beenmany problems in the development of micro-credit loans, this paper begins from the profile ofmicro-credit loans in China’s rural credit cooperatives, then specifically analysis the problemsthat exist in the development of micro-credit loans.At the end of this paper,the author putforward many effective countermeasures and suggestions for the improvment in thedevelopment of micro-credit loans of rural credit cooperativesrural credit cooperatives inShouguang. This paper is divided into five parts, the main contents are as follows:The first part is an introduction, which mainly introduces the background, purpose andsignificance of the topic; which describes the contents and methods of the research, anddescribes the profile of the research at home and abroad.The second part describes the overall development of micro-credit loans in rural creditcooperatives of our country.The third part analyzes the development of micro-credit loans in Shouguang farmers ofrural credit cooperatives,then point out the problems arising in the development process.The fourth part describes the four typical foreign micro-credit lending models, summed upthe inspiration for the farmers of rural credit cooperatives in the development of micro-creditloans.The fifth part is appearing for Shouguang farmers of rural credit cooperatives in thedevelopment of micro-credit lending issues raised targeted solutions. Specific measuresinclude: broaden micro-credit funding sources; strengthen the construction of micro-creditrisk prevention mechanism; improve micro-credit business level; sound micro-credit system;improve micro-credit management mechanism.
