With the introduction of the rural revitalization strategy,rural financial development has ushered in new opportunities.In the development environment where opportunities and challenges coexist,the rural financial market is expanding,the demand for financial services and the quality requirements of financial services are constantly improving,and the requirements for rural credit cooperatives are constantly improving.However,at present,China's rural credit cooperatives generally have problems such as a single development model,a backward management system,and a shortage of management talents.In view of this,China's rural credit cooperatives need to make certain adjustments in the future development strategy to meet new challenges.The micro-loan business of farmers in Awati County Rural Credit Cooperatives is one of the main businesses of Rural Credit Cooperatives.How to be invincible in the future market competition is the long-term development problem that Awati County Rural Credit Cooperative needs to consider.This paper studies the competition strategy of the micro-credit business of the agricultural association of Awati County,and plays an important guiding role in the sustainable development of the micro-credit business of the farmers of Awati County Rural Credit Cooperatives.First of all,this paper comprehensively analyzes the macroeconomic environment of the development of microfinance loans of rural farmers in Awati County from two aspects:macro environment and industry environment.Secondly,it starts from the resources and capabilities of Awati County Rural Credit Cooperatives.The internal environment of the development of the small credit business of the rural credit cooperatives was analyzed.Then,the SWOT matrix was used to integrate the macroeconomic environment,the industrial environment and the internal environment of the rural credit cooperatives to integrate the development of the microfinance business of the rural credit cooperatives.Advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats;Finally,based on the above analysis,the competition strategy for the microfinance business of farmers in the Awati County Rural Credit Cooperatives was formulated,and countermeasures and safeguard measures were proposed.Through analysis and argumentation,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Opportunities for the microfinance business of Awati County Rural Credit Cooperatives mainly include the state's policy support for rural finance,the economic development of Awati County,and the social environment.It is stable and orderly,the market competition environment is becoming more and more fair,and the coverage of the network is wide.The threats are mainly due to the poor quality of the assets of the company,the need to strengthen the information level,the fierce market competition,the increasing bargaining power of consumers and the increase of alternative products.Five aspects.(2)The internal advantages of Awati County Rural Credit Cooperatives mainly include four aspects:sound organizational structure,high market share,large asset scale and perfect corporate culture.The internal disadvantages are mainly risk control and operational management are not mature,employees The structure and incentive mechanism need to be optimized,the information construction is lagging behind,and product innovation is insufficient.(3)According to the above analysis,the agricultural loan microfinance business of Awati Rural Credit Cooperative should choose a differentiated competition strategy,and should establish and improve differentiated internal incentive mechanism,innovative products and services,improve risk control system and implement differentiated marketing strategy.It is implemented in various aspects,and it is guaranteed from four aspects:improving talent security,strengthening information construction,actively seeking policy support,and improving various systems and execution.
