In recent years, with the development of China’s economy, auto industry graduallyspecification, into sustained growth phase, marketing becomes more and more competitive.As fastest car makers in a joint venture, Beijing Hyundai is constantly adjusting themarketing ideas in order to reach larger markets. At present, after more than10years ofdevelopment, Beijing Hyundai, from an unknown small business successfully entered thetop five in domestic car sales, but we should also see us compared with other auto giantsthere are still some gaps. On this basis, this paper studies the Beijing modern businessmarketing strategy, hoping to provide help for Beijing Hyundai’s marketing development.This article is divided into four parts:Part one: introduces the Beijing Hyundai company profile, development concepts,scope, business objectives, and thereby have an overall idea of Beijing Hyundai.Then marketing, employee status, the performance of Beijing Hyundai was introducedin areas such as marketing, analysis Beijing modern marketing implementation.Part two: Beijing Hyundai first introduced the two aspects of the micro-andmacro-environment, SWOT analysis strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, fullyanticipating the Beijing modern marketing environment.Part three: development and implementation of Beijing modern marketing strategythrough the positioning of the target market and target customers of Beijing modern targetmarket repositioning, building a sustainable marketing strategy, we split the last fouraspects: product, price, promotion, channel descriptions how to implement BeijingHyundai’s marketing strategy.Part four: highlight how successful implementation of business strategy of Beijingmodern safeguards.From the marketing, personnel training, financial guarantees, corporateculture, and several strong safeguards.
