The fist part of the paper analyzes the development process of quality. It improvesfrom initially inspect the final product to pay attention to the quality of the products in thedesign phase. Then the paper come up with the research purpose,which is to give full playto the quality function deployment and design of experiment of their advantages in theproduct design phase,with a relatively small number of experiments to find the optimalparameter combination product. This paper discusses the significance of research, andanalyze the feasibility. Preliminary determine the research content and the mainly problemto solve,and introduces the research methods.The second part of the paper elaborated in detail the QFD model, the design method, the integrationtools, especially the main tool----quality house, and the develop trend of QFD. At the same time,theresearch discusses the research progress of design of experiment both domestic and abroad. This paperbriefly introduces the main research of this article orthogonal experiment design and response surfacedesign. And some of the problems existing in the current study are analyzed.The third part of the paper elaborates the model and the operation methods of quality functiondeployment and the design of experiment. The paper established the total integration model, thesub-model of parameter analysis, and the sub-model of parameter optimization of quality functionaldevelopment and design of experiment. Introduced the exact integrate method of the two methods whichis the innovation of this article. The exact integrate method mainly analyze the parameter optimizationmodel, and then obtain the customer need and the technician character by QFD. After that, use theorthodox experiment method to find the connection between customer need and technician parameter tofind the significant factor. Then the response surface method is used to find the relationship betweenresponse and factor by name the r reasonably and orthodox the two order response surface. Furthermore,we can make sure the relationship between response and factor, which is the customer need andtechnician character.The forth part of the paper is to search the feedback information of L company from customer, andget the customer requirements by issuing questionnaires. Meanwhile get the technician character bycollaborating with technician departure. Finally explain the method by example. Use pictures drawn byMatlab to make the result visible, and make the result easily to recognize.The fifth part of the paper tells the shortage of the research, and come up with the develop trend in the future and make some suggestion ns.
