| With the constant development of economic globalization and advancement ofscience and technology, the international trend of market competition has becomemore and more obvious. Faced with the increasingly fierce market competition,manufacturing enterprises not only have to deal with the causing-out effect from thegovernment’s expansionary fiscal policy and the domestic market competition withthe same type of enterprises but also have to be threatened by other similar enterprisesin the international market. Therefore, to maintain a long-term, stable and healthydevelopment of the enterprises by reducing the cost to get more profits has becomethe focus of social attention. The relationship between the manufacturer and supplieralso becomes one of the key issues that the scholars focus on at present.This paper/thesis firstly introduces the background and significance of thepartnership between the manufacturing enterprises and suppliers, summarizes thestatue of the research on partnership at home and aboard and defines the connotationof the partnership between the manufacturing enterprises and suppliers. In chapterthree, according to the types of suppliers and the length of cooperation time, thepartnership between the manufacturing enterprises and suppliers will be classified intofive categories in a new perspective of classification, namely general tradingrelationship, short-term contractual relationship, long-term contract relationship,tactical cooperation and strategic cooperation relations. This chapter also points outthat the strategic cooperation relations is an important cooperation relationship whichis established by the manufacturing enterprises with their key suppliers. Chapter fourputs forward eleven factors impacting on the strategic cooperation betweenmanufacturing enterprises and suppliers by means of literature analysis, proves profitsdistribution factor is the most critical factor that affect the strategic cooperationrelations between the manufacturing enterprises and suppliers by using theDEMATEL method based on the fuzzy set theory, and quantifies the analysis offactors that affect cooperation relations. On the basis of the conclusions in previouschapters and the thought of TOPSIS, chapter five designs a comprehensive profitsdistribution plan through negotiation and proves this plan is superior to the other distribution plans through examples.The main work of this paper is the following three aspects:Firstly is to put forward new perspective of classification and types. This paperclassifies the suppliers of the manufacturing enterprise according to the importanceand scarcity of the raw materials and according to the types of suppliers and thelength of cooperation time, the partnership between the manufacturing enterprises andsuppliers will be classified into five categories, namely general trading relationship,short-term contractual relationship, long-term contract relationship, tacticalcooperation and strategic cooperation relationsSecondly is to introduce the method of DEMATEL to evaluate the factors thataffect the strategic cooperation relations between the manufacturing enterprises andsuppliers and quantifies the analysis process.Thirdly is to design a comprehensive profits distribution plan through negotiationby means of the thought of TOPSIS and proves the advantage of this profitsdistribution plan through examples. |
