Research On Ways To Increase Profits Of Logistics Service Enterprises Under Supply Chain Cooperation Mode

The development of e-commerce and logistics industry has led to the development of a large number of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,which has gradually increased the pressure of competition among logistics enterprises.In order to maintain long-term and stable development,logistics enterprises adopt the cooperation mode of establishing logistics service supply chain alliance,highlighting their own development advantages,improving operation efficiency,seizing market share and expanding the channels of profit promotion.For the overall profits of the supply chain created by each node enterprise,it is necessary to distribute the profits fairly and reasonably,so as to ensure the long-term sustainable and efficient operation of the supply chain.The main purpose of this paper is to use Shapley value method to solve the benefit distribution problem of logistics service supply chain enterprise cooperation,which has achieved the goal of HY Company's revenue promotion.The main work is as follows:First of all,the research status and related theories are described.Through searching and reading literature,this paper discusses the current research situation of logistics service supply chain,and finds that the existing literature has less research on logistics service supply chain,and the research on the distribution of supply chain interests focuses on qualitative analysis.Based on the relevant theories of logistics service supply chain,benefit distribution theory and cooperation game theory,this paper decided to use Shapley value method in cooperation game to conduct quantitative research on the benefit distribution of logistics service supply chain,in order to achieve the growth of HY Company's income and make the profit distribution of logistics service supply chain cooperation alliance more reasonable.Secondly,through the investigation of the background of logistics industry and the operation of HY Company,the SWOT analysis and report analysis of HY Company are carried out,and the bottleneck of profit growth is found in the operation process.Therefore,it is proposed to establish the logistics service supply with TA company as the logistics service provider,HY Company as the logistics service integrator and GY Company as the logistics service demander as the main body The business model of chain cooperation alliance hopes to gain more profits through cooperation.According to the data obtained from the survey,Shapley value method is used to distribute the revenue of logistics service supply chain alliance.The results show that the profit of each node enterprise using Shapley value method is higher than the profit of their independent operation,in which the profit of HY Company is 32 times of the original operation profit,and the overall income level of the supply chain is also improved,with an increase of 155.77%.Because the traditional Shapley value method is based on the assumption that each enterprise bears 1/N of the risk,according to the contribution degree of each node enterprise,which will inevitably conflict with the actual business situation.This paper improves the Shapley value method,establishes the profit distribution model of supply chain cooperation alliance with internal risk,external risk and cooperation risk,and quantifies the risk of each node enterprise with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the profit proportion of enterprises with more risks increases.This paper analyzes the benefit distribution results of logistics service supply chain cooperative alliance,and shows that Shapley value method with risk factor is a better profit distribution mode.Finally,based on the perspective of supply chain alliance and hy internal perspective,this paper analyzes the ways of HY Company's revenue promotion,and confirms that the establishment of supply chain cooperation alliance can improve HY Company's revenue,and the essence of revenue promotion is the reduction of cost.Because in the above research process,there are still places that have not been taken into account.I hope that in the future research,we can increase the collection of sample data and comprehensively consider the factors that affect the income distribution,so as to improve the case study.
