Finally, We put forward policy recommendations, from the expansionof investment, improvement of the investment in education, strengthening the industrial structure adjustment to the policy makers.The paper focuses on the research of the relationship between FDI in the 80 urban cities of the central region and factors of market size, the labor cost factors,infrastructure factors, the economic agglomeration factors. The key is how to select the index that influences factors of location choice of FDI, with datas in 80 cities in central China as samples to analyze the influential factors of location choice of FDI about cities in central China. It is of great significance to find the deep reason about the differences of FDI in cities of central region and to find a solution to realize the rise of central China and to promote the reform.
