Tourism is increasingly becoming one of choice for the people to pursue spiritual meet, promote the development of the tourism. At the same time, tourists travel demand with the increase of people’s spiritual needs, makes the tourists’ becomes more and more attended to cultural experience and aesthetic experience in the process of tourism. Tourists during their stay in, tourists’ cultural connotation of tourist attractions in the degree of attention increasingly strengthen. In the form of its profound connotation, diverse cultural tourism is more and more get the favor of tourists. Cultural tourism industry as the most potential new industry in today’s society, it has the advantages of small investment, quick response time and ecological environment pollution. Gansu province in Northwest China, it has a large number and a wide range of cultural tourism resources. It is one of the cultural tourism resources intensively in our country. Cultural tourism resources in Gansu Province, to some extent, can satisfy the travelers’ enthusiast on the different culture types, curious, and yearn for mental needs of heterogeneous area. It has considerable development value, can become a pillar industry to promote economic development in Gansu Province. Although it is a cultural tourism resources in Gansu Province, but due to the backward economy and level of development, resulting their exploitation of tourist resources in Gansu province is behind, and the marketing concept behind, the marketing tools single, etc. It is restricts the development of cultural tourism industry in Gansu Province. The culture of Gansu Province tourism industry no matter from the scale or from the level, it has certain gap with the culture of the east China tourism province. Therefore, how to improve the competitiveness of the cultural tourism industry in Gansu Province, to improve the cultural tourism resources, development and promotion for the economic development of Gansu Province plays an important role.Basic research on the theory of marketing management theory, this article from the perspective of management, tourism economics, sociology and so on to analyze the marketing current situation of development of cultural tourism industry in Gansu Province and the development process of the marketing problems. On this basis, according to the actual situation of cultural tourism in Gansu Province, from product, price, channel, promotion strategy, formulate the marketing strategy of development of cultural tourism industry in Gansu Province. Study of Gansu Province cultural tourism marketing, this article has certain reference value, to promote efficient development of cultural tourism resources in Gansu Province, at the same time, to guide of other provinces culture tourism industry marketing strategy research in China. In the background of such a rapid development of tourism industry, Gansu Province should make full use of its cultural tour resources, develop the cultural tourism industry, and promote the Gansu Province of the adjustment of economic structure and economic sustainable development.
