Research On The Development Of Cultural Tourism Resources

Along with the economic development and technical progress, the development of tourism enters into a new phase. The cultural tourism has become a new trend of tourism development in 21st century. Culture is the soul of tourism. The cultural tourism is more popular among tourists because of its characteristic cultural background and unique cultural circumstance. In the times of knowledge economy, culture-oriented travel is the first choice for people who pursue high-grade and noble style's way of travel. Tourist attractions with the distinct cultural significance are further welcomed by travelers. Through digging up, developing local unique cultural tourism resources, then organizing colorful cultural tour become more and more important subject.The Haihe River not only records the development history of the city of Tianjin, but records the cultural development of Tianjin's history. Along with the Haihe River as the axes, the buildings with architectural features, former residences of celebrities, war sites, Jingu landscape, etc. not only show the Tianjin urban culture, and become the important resources for developing cultural tourism. This thesis conducts researches on the way and direction of cultural development, and analyzes and sums up the feasibility, developing value and strategies of cultural development. The purpose of this thesis is to provide the theoretical basis and feasible method of operation to make full use of resourceful cultural resource along Haihe River from perspective of cultural tourism developing.This thesis is based on the study of related theories and the achievements of domestic and foreign counties on cultural tourism. It analysis Haihe River coast's present situation of cultural tourism resources development, and collects related materials and gets data by interview, investigation, questionnaire through methods of consulting lots of materials and typical investigation, which is guided by related theory as tourism anthropology theory, tourism attraction systems theory, theory of tourism location, sustainable development theory. The thesis also analyses Haihe River coast's strength, weak, opportunity, and threat by SWOT analysis. With the application of SPSS such methods as descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, it gives good results from empirical analysis. Based on this, provides the Haihe River coast's cultural tourism resources development of specific strategies, mainly including:image positioning, market development, innovation and development, brand building, culture inheriting and so on. In a word, as far as existing foundation goes, further development about cultural tourism resources in Haihe River coast must be increased so that tourist taste and level can be updated fundamentally, realizing sustainable, sound and long-term development of the cultural tourism industry in Haihe River coast.
