Research On Limited’s Related Transactions And Pricing Model Of Kunlun Energy Company

With the continuous development of market economy and the improvement of the capital market, increasing the number of related party transactions of listed companies and the amount. And because of its positive and negative dual nature, so it has attracted many attentions of the academic circles. Domestic and foreign scholars carried out extensive research on related transactions, but most of the focuses on normative research, not a lot of empirical research. I read a lot of literature on the basis of the related transactions does empirical research. I want to dig more information, and provide ideas and methods for future research through the report Numbers.This paper selects the data of 2005-2013 Kunlun energy annual report disclosed in the related party transactions as sample. The mainly research methods are empirical research、descriptive statistics、content analysis and the quantitative and qualitative analysis.This paper firstly summarizes the scale and structure of the related transaction and preliminarily finds its problem. Followed by further the paper analyses the related party transactions, determines whether it belongs to transfer interest type, and then analyses the reason of the discovered question before. The paper proposes solutions through internal and external two aspects that is the Kunlun energy prices disclosure of related transactions and the price formation mechanism. Finally the author improves pricing mechanism of related transaction for Kunlun energy, and uses natural gas pricing for as example to describe the detailed process.I would like to declare that as an academic research, the key of this article is to put forward a new method with the related party transactions. In addition, the conclusion may not be powerful since the limited information obtained and restricted research capacity.
