Research On Operrating Performance Of Scenic Region Of The Listed Company Of Our Country

Tourism of our country is in a booming period. Even though under the pressure of the global economic and the domestic economic downturn, China’s tourism economy still maintained a trend with steady and rapid growth. Domestic tourism consumption mode is changed, now the demand of tourists that new ways of tourism and the tourism product is still rising. With the industry environment changed, the traditional pattern of the scenic region management had been hard-hitted.Listed companies in the scenic region, as a representative of the scenic region enterprise, the rise or fall of its operating performance in some extent, can reflect the entire scenic region companies operating conditions. Especially the network technology development to the traditional tourism mode, management mode and marketing challenges, make competitive of the tourism market drastically.As people demand of travel consumption grown and changed, the problems existing in the traditional tourist management mode have gradually exposed.Scenic region listed company usually operates by relying on its own resources-- natural landscape and cultural history. They are smaller alternative of other tourism products.So the business operation of scenic region listed company is different comparing with the hotel and the integrated the company. Unclear property rights, public scenic regions always have certain representativeness. Therefore the study of scenic region business performance of listed companies should be apart from the rest of tourism.This paper analyzes the current situation of the listed companies in the scenic region of our country and summarizes the characteristic and development trend of scenic region listed companies and points out the problems existing in the listed companies in scenic region at present stage in our country. Having been clear about the factors which restrict the development of the scenic region of China listed companies, the principle of index selection and basis, it refers to the previous research to selecting financial indicators and non-financial indicators. Then it screens again for financial index in system clustering method, so as to establish the entropy weight combined with grey correlation degree of scenic region in China listed companies operating performance evaluation model.Using this model,it calculates our country scenic region class three years operating performance of listed companies.And we analyze the results in the longitudinal and transverse in order to reflect the status of scenic region class business performance of listed companies relatively comprehensive.For the sake of our country scenic region improving operating performance of listed companies, this paper gives some suggestions from two aspects of macroscopic and microcosmic, hoping to the scenic region listed company in China provide some profits and references.
