After a new round of reshuffling in the market, many enterprises were compelled to reorganize or bankrupt. The rest of companies are struggling to exist in the market, but they had an important revelation. The revelation is that if you want to exist in the market, you must take the key of innovation. As we know creative thinking needs intellectual support, the process of innovation has four parts: accumulation, refinement, renewal and application. As one of the four major resources, the importance of knowledge can not be underestimated. The management expert Peter Drunker foresaw "At present, the real decisive factor in controlling resources and production is neither capital nor land and labor, but knowledge."At present, the study of knowledge management focus on three aspects: the theoretical innovation, performance evaluation and the influence of application in HR. In this paper, the writer will discuss the performance evaluation in KM. Firstly, the paper elaborate the relevant theory of KM and performance evaluation, and analysis the necessity of carrying out performance evaluation in the knowledge economic times. Secondly,based on the analysis of the common system of performance indicators such as financial performance measurement system, EVA financial management index system, balance Score Card system, it designs a new system on the base of KM process. In this framework, the index system was established from knowledge produce management, knowledge stockpile management, knowledge communicate management and knowledge application management. The indicators make use of principal component analysis and subjective weight, which combined various indicators to determine the weight. Furthermore, based on the analysis of performance evaluation methods such as AHP, DEA, ANN, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it build model through applying to the grey fixed weight clustering and grey clustering decision-making method. The model will point to the performance factor may be different in the same of the enterprise's clustering, and take five enterprises as the example for performance analysis; Finally, the paper summarize the conclusion for the example and puts forward the corresponding proposal.
