The subject comes from Guangdong Province strategic emerging industry development funds projects, "Hazardous chemicals logistics key generic technology development and industrialization based on Internet of Things ", item numbers: 2011A091200003. The vehicle gateway studied in this paper is mainly designed for China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (CMC) market business demand.Currently, the rise and development of networking technology promotes the Chinese wisdom logistics transformation; Logistics information fusion technology logistics information fusion technology is driving wisdom logistics into a new period of development. Vehicle gateway is proposed to achieve a specific wisdom logistics, which integrate the Internet and mobile communication network, providing a unified interface for terminal and enterprise applications.By analyzing the inadequate exists in current logistics monitoring system, such as single function; logistics information system is not uniform. This paper proposes and implements a kind of ad-hoc networks, multi-mode access, and multi-protocol conversion vehicle gateway terminal of wisdom logistics. By Zigbee wireless sensor network technologies (WSN) real-time collect various types of data of transport vehicles and cargo, The GSM/GPRS/3G wireless technology transmit the GPS location information and the status information of vehicle and cargo to the background management to ensure safety supervision in transit transport vehicles and cargoes which is suitable for transit monitoring, storage management of logistics transport. The main work is as follows:Firstly, analyze the CIMC application background and technical requirements, inadequate existing in logistics vehicle monitoring systems currently, based on research the automotive gateway key technology, carries out design of the system, shows the functional design framework of vehicle gateway.Then, analyze the problems of GPS positioning imprecise and unstable GPRS network communication. From the perspective of the PCB design, such as the power, ground, and device layout, gives a specific solution. For each module of vehicle gateway terminal, in terms of chip selection, technical data, applications, and other factors, give a detailed design; achieve schematic design and hardware PCB design diagrams of each modules of vehicle gateway. From the GPS data analysis, GPRS wireless communications, Zigbee data analysis and other aspects of the detailed design vehicle gateway software based serial terminal, design the overall framework of mobile clients based on Bluetooth technology.Finally, by testing each module function of vehicle gateway terminal on-board serial port and mobile clients based on Bluetooth technology, it can verify whether the vehicle gateway terminal meets the requirements. Using mobile client based on remote server connection to test whether the vehicle can transmit the data to backend server accurately and reliably. By testing the system, the vehicle gateway terminal runs well, completing the functional requirements of system.
