The Study Of Guangdong Provincial State-owned Enterprises Overseas Investment Corporate Social Responsibility Feature And Countermeasures

Through the cultivation and the baptism of reform and opening up more than 30 years, China has cultivated a large number of large enterprises with international competition. Along with the development of economic globalization, these enterprises began to go abroad to open up overseas markets and develop transnational operation. In this process, the environmental protection, the protection of the rights and interests of employees, production safety and other aspects of the business risk. These problems have had a negative impact of Chinese enterprises and government in China. It is our country enterprise must face and solve the issue how to avoid these problems and achieve a win-win situation of the economic benefit and social benefit.This article based on the social responsibility of Guangdong provincial state-owned foreign investment enterprises. This paper reviewed the research literature that multinational enterprises responsibilities and developed the questionnaire of the Guangdong provincial overseas investment enterprises social responsibility. This article analysis the situation of Guangdong provincial overseas investment enterprises from five aspects, Such as the management of corporate social responsibility, the situation of economic responsibility, the situation of environmental protection responsibility, the situation of employee responsibility, the situation of social responsibility. This paper summed up the seven basic characteristics of Guangdong provincial state-owned foreign investment enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.1. Good social responsibility consciousness; 2. To improve economic performance; 3. A large number of forms to fulfill corporate social responsibility.4. The content of corporate social responsibility is much more perfect.5. Guangdong provincial overseas investment enterprises fulfill social responsibility from passive follow to active integration.6.
