This precious non renewable resources as a kind of economic products, has strategic significance for any country in the world, is supporting an important force of the national economy. In the whole chain of oil industry, oil product sales as the last part of the market for the most direct, and it is also the key to the whole supply chain to achieve value and obtain the effect.At present, Chinese oil market development gradually improved, between the major oil companies no longer will be the sole purpose of profit as the focus of competition, they will compete to compete for market share, hope to compete in the comparative advantage, is also used to stand at strategic level, to seek more long-term the development of. If an oil companies want to expand market share, so the absolute starting from the sales process, establish a scientific and huge retail network is undoubtedly the best way to enhance the economic efficiency of oil companies the best. If the oil business is a big tree, the retail network is the root, roots more lush, tree is more stable. But not to say that the retail network coverage area is greater, the more the better retail outlets, rational layout and scientific management is the key.The object of this study is to occupy the dominant position of China’s oil and gas industry in the PetroChina Co Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Hunan oil sales company). This paper mainly analyzes the status quo of the retail network construction of the company, analyze the existing problems, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
