With the development of information technology, e-commerce appeared, which is both an opportunity and a challenge to a company. E-commerce brings a broader platform to more enterprises, however, enterprises are facing more difficult challenges because of the developping technological innovation and changing customers’needs. The development of e-commerce also have changed supply chain a lot. There were traditional supply chains only before and there exist both traditional supply chain and supply chain in the e-commerce environment. Most previous studies of the supply chain management were based on the traditional supply chain. But there are some significant differences between the traditional supply chain and the supply chain in the e-commerce environment. Although the research of traditional supply chain management will guide the research of supply chain management in the e-commerce environment, there are many uncomprehensive places. Combined the existing research results with some more research and research of H Cpmpany, there are more discoveries.Pricing strategies and inventory mechanisms of supply chain management in e-business environment are the subject that be researched. Pricing strategy is the most concern issue to each member of the supply chain, because it is directly related to their own interests. Also, inventory mechanism plays a very important part of costs to each members in the supply chain because each members in the supply chain all want to increase income by reducing costs. Based on the related research about supply chain management of experts from home and abroad, analysis of the significant differences between the and the supply chain in the e-commerce environment, analysis of the different behaviors between the members of the traditional supply chain and the members of the supply chain in the e-commerce environment, models of pricing strategies and inventory mechanisms are built by considering multi-kinds of factors. Finally some verification was done based on rhe actual situation of H Company.Combined qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis methods, a suitable pricing strategy and inventory mechanism is made which can both satisfy the manufacturers and the dealers in the supply chain of the e-commerce environment. In this pricing strategy, open supply chain is compared with closed supply chain and it comes to the result that the whole supply chain benefits more in the closed supply chain than in open supply chain. In this inventory mechanism, based on the idea of CPFR, manufacturers and retailers in the supply chain make decisions together and make inventory mechanisms together in order to save costs.
