This paper takes psychological cost of the H’s company as the research object, and finds problems on the bases of the results of employee’s visit and the shortage of psychological cost of the H’s company, then classifies the employees’ psychological factors, develops the questionnaire through combining the mature questionnaire of employees’ psychological factors with the practical situation of enterprises, and makes project analysis and the evaluation of the reliability and validity about the questionnaire. This paper takes an investigation of the H’s company for a year and puts out questionnaire twelve times, then collects the questionnaire and statistics the result of score, analyzes the factors that influences the questionnaire scores, collects the profits of every month and the average score of questionnaire, then has curve fit it, determines the factors that influences the psychological cost of H’s company. It has realistic guiding significance to reduce psychological cost.First of all, on the basis of studying the domestic and foreign relevant theory of psychological cost, this paper makes the concept and the causes of the enterprise psychological cost clear, and confirms the four factors affecting the enterprise psychological cost. Secondly and the paper makes a brief introduction of the H’s company, and finds out the causes of psychological cost rising through analyzing the present situation that the psychological factors’ influence to the enterprise psychological cost. What’s more, we get the relationship equations of questionnaire scores- profit, questionnaire scores- enterprises psychological cost through curve fitting, and the equations show that there is positively correlated relationship between the employees’ psychological factors and the profits and there is negatively correlated relationship between the employees’ psychological factors and the enterprise psychological cost. Finally, this paper puts forward the measures and suggestion of decreasing the cost of enterprise psychological from the aspects of enterprises and their employees aiming at the problems of the H’s company.
