Objective:To explore the structure and development status of the questionnaire of employee's,analyze its inherent characteristics and test its rationality,so as to develop a set of enterprise belonging questionnaire for employees in different industries.Methods:Firstly,design the interview questions,take open interviews of the employees in the enterprise;Secondly,combined with the results of interviews and related literature to decide the structure of the questionnaire,work out the specific project;and then test,modified or deleted that at variance with the psychological requirements to be a formal questionnaire;Finally,the job satisfaction and organizational sense of the questionnaire as a standard tool for analysis and discussion.Results:(1)There were 51 items in the scale,23 were self-made,45% of the self-programming rate,and the internal consistency coefficient was 0.919.(2)Using Amos17.0 to verify the factor analysis,it was shown that the 51 items could belong to four dimensions(X2/df)is 2.098<4,the mean error of the approximate error(RMESA)is 0.047 <0.05,and the abbreviation is similar to that of the proposed method,which is "enterprise culture,enterprise system,professional satisfaction,enterprise identity"(PNFI)was 0.717> 0.5;(3)The correlation between the total score of job attribution questionnaire and job satisfaction was 0.46,and the correlation between each subscale and its total score was 0.46-0.49,and the internal and external satisfaction The correlations were 0.44 and 0.41,respectively.The correlation between the subscales and the external satisfaction was 0.43-0.44 and 0.40-0.41 respectively.The correlation between the scores of the employees' attribution questionnaire and the score of the organization's attribution scale was 0.48,Each subscale is associated with0.46-0.48.The relationship between the total score of the employee's attribution questionnaire and the feelings,norms,ideals,economy and norms are 0.42,0.35,0.39,0.33,0.51 respectively.The sub-scale and the four dimensions of emotion,norms,ideals,economy and opportunity the correlations were0.41-0.42,0.34-0.35,0.38-0.39,0.32-0.33 and 0.49-0.51,respectively.(T = 18.63,p <0.01).(4)There is also a significant difference in the sense of belonging among employees of different ages,and there is a significant difference in the sense of belonging of employees in different positions.(T = 26.75,p <0.01).The greater the difference in attribution,the greater the sense of belonging,the 41-55 age group than the 18-25 year old and 26-40 year old.There is a significant difference in the sense of belonging of employees with different educational backgrounds.The higher the degree of education,the higher the degree of education.The sense of belonging of the employees is generally higher than that of the employees of the high school and the following enterprises.(T= 169.69,p <0.01).There were significant differences in the attribution of employees in different working years.The level of attribution of employees in 10 years and above was significantly higher than that of employees under 10 years old(t = 169.69,p <0.01),There was a significant difference(t= 13.27,p <0.01)?Conclusion:(1)The enterprise belonging questionnaire contains 51 items,which consists of four dimensions:enterprise culture,enterprise system,professional satisfaction and enterprise identity.(2)the questionnaire have good reliability and validity,meet the requirements.(3)the management staff is generally higher than that of the general staff on the level of belonging.The higher the education level,the higher the level of belonging;the older the employees,the higher the level of belonging;the longer the working time employees,the higher the level of their sense of belonging.
