The tourism, with its better economic benefits and less environmental pollution,is conducive to economic development of ecology, commonly known as "smokeless industry", and it is also an important part of the tertiary industry.China continues to adopt favorable policies to promote tourism development,and tourism has become the "sunrise industry" of the key development local government. With the implementation of "Suggestions by the State Council on Promoting the development of the tourism industry", "The Twelfth Five-Year Guideline of China Tourism industry" and " Suggestions on the financial support to accelerate the development of tourism " and other policies, we have a good situation of tourism development. Tourism enterprises are one of the main participants in tourism, while the listed company is the best. Studying the tourism listed companies’ operating performance,improving its theoretical system of performance evaluation and promoting its performance have a significant meaning on the the healthy and orderly development of China’s tourism industry.Based on the balanced score card and principal component analysis method,this article selects the performance evaluation indicators and constructs network DEA model to have a performance evaluation for listed tourism companies in our country,and finally puts forward management suggestions.The research results show that the "Dalian st co.LTD、 Quanjude co.,LTD" are the model of network DEA, which is effective for overall performance. The overall performance of the travel agencies gets a lower score than other classes.Relatively,the integrated tourism listed companies are best on evaluation score of overall performance,the scenic tourism listed companies get bigger differences among decision making units.
