The Research On The Performance Evaluation Of China's Logistics Listed Companies-Based On Network SBM Model

As an important part of service industry,logistics industry has become an important industry in the development of national economy and society in recent years.It has become a key industry to implement the strategy of expanding domestic demand and economic development.As the core strength of the development of logistics industiy,logistics enterprises play an important role in the development of the industry.However,there are still problems in the development of logistics enterprises,such as high input costs and poor adaptability to current economic development.With the development of the Internet,the demand for logistics at home and abroad is expanding,and the competition among logistics companies has become increasingly fierce.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the business performance of logistics enterprises to explore the development status of logistics enterprises and improve their competitiveness.According to the actual situation of China's logistics listed companies,this article combines the balance scorecard method to construct the index system of logistics performance evaluation,and uses the network SBM model,Malmqusit index and Tobit regression analysis method to analysis the operating performance of 49 logistics listed companies in China.In the empirical analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:The overall performance of China's logistics listed companies is relatively low.Only 7 logistics listed companies reached the DEA effective status in 7 years from 2011 to 2017;From the stage efficiency analysis,it is found that the efficiency of the marketization stage is lower than the efficiency of the service stage and its change trend is basically consistent with the overall efficiency change trend.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on improving market efficiency and thus improve overall efficiency;From the dynamic perspective analysis,it is found that the growth of the Malmquist index of China's logistics listed companies is mainly due to the growth of the technical efficiency change index;Through the Tobit model,the factors affecting the overall efficiency of listed companies iin logistics enterprises are analyzed.It is found that the concentration of ownership,capital structure and company scale have a negative effect on the efficiency of China's logistics listed companies.The economic development level of the company's region has a positive effect.The influence of highly educated talents on the efficiency of logistics enterprises is not significant.Finally,According to the above research results,relevant suggestions are put forward as follows:Playing the role of government regulation and guidance;Controlling scale rationally,develop scale economy;Optimizing asset structure;Adjusting equity concentration,and improving corporate governance structure and system;increase talent training,establishing a science and reasonable talent training management system.The innovations of this article mainly include the following two aspects:On the one hand,it improves the performance evaluation system.This paper combines the balanced scoring method to construct a performance evaluation system from finance,internal processes,market and customers,learning and growth,and overcomes the limitations of single evaluation;On the other hand,it further perfects the theory and method of performance evaluation of listed logistics companies in China.It is different from the previous radial and direction-oriented network DEA model.The non-radial non-angle network SBM model adopted in this article avoids radial and direction guidance.The deviation is relatively accurate.However,subject to the availability of data,only 49 logistics supervisors have been selected in this article.For SMEs that have not yet listed,they are not considered in the research sample,and only the expected output such as net profit is considered in terms of output.The non-expected output indicators such as the complaint rate of listed companies and pollutant emissions are not taken into account in the evaluation system,so the future can be improved from two aspects.
