The textile industry as a traditional industry of our country, the total output value of high,madesignificant contribution for export. Occupies an important position in the development of national economy. However, with the development of global consumer demand, people’s requirements for textile products quality and environment protection rising, China’s textile industry is still at the low end of the value chain,the product of poor quality is not high,the market status, lack of independent brands, to the environmental protection investment is not enough, all of theserestrict the sustainable development of industry. Jinhua XL Textile Co., Ltd. as a professional engaged in natural yarn, knitting, textile production and sales enterprise, its scale in Jinhua are in the upper level, and similar textile enterprise more, is a representative in the textileenterprises in Jinhua region. Its raw material is the advantage of natural resources of our country cotton, silk, hemp and so on, to go through the traditional "spinning weaving dyeingprinting and dyeing process--" in the garment in the process, the consumption of water resources is huge, pollution emissions, chemical composition of the dye will cause harm to human body, the products are easy to fade and fold. Poor product quality, low production efficiency, greatly reduces the product’s market competitiveness, influence enterprise market position, industry of the enormous pressure. This paper tries to conducts the research to the Jinhua XL Textile Co., Ltd industrial transformation and upgrading strategy from two aspects of theory and practice,from the upgrade machine equipment, replacement of several aspects of textile raw materials, innovative manufacturing technology in detail, the content and the necessity of upgrading industrial transformation and its practical significance for environmental protection. Taking Jinhua XL Textile Co. Ltd. of industrial transformation and upgrading strategyas the research object, combined with the actual business, put forward to accelerate in thebamboo fiber(a kind of environmental protection developedby China green fiber, antibacterial,antibacterial, odor removal is, UV blocking efficacy)developed at the same time, to do a good job in the development and application of nano fiber, titania fibers, such as natural fiber of kenaf fiber green, for textile products green commanding point, establish the green brand, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises strategy. I hope to take this opportunity, promote thetextile enterprises to enhance the capability of independent innovation, strengthen theawareness of energy saving and environmental protection, promote the brand construction, to further speed up the adjustment of regional industrial structure in the textile industry.
