Yiwu which is the world’s most famous commodity cityand one of the four big center cities of Zhejiang Province,it broughts together national and even global commodities.So its foreign trade is developed. Especially as a comprehensive reform pilot area of international trade, which provides the impetus for Yiwu’s external trade transformation and upgrading.. Along with the popularization of the e-commerce,Taobao industry has become one of Yiwu’s emerging and pillar industries, that promotes the Yiwu international commodity city to become network and space.The rapid development of the domestic and international trade and e-commerce has brought hitherto unknown opportunities for the development of Yiwu,s express industry. At present, the express enterprises registered in Yiwu more than 100,.At the same time,four global express delivery giants and the well-known domestic express delivery companies have settled in Yiwu. In addition, Yiwu domestic express market reaches a total of 100000 tickets / day; from 2009 to 2013,international express delivery has an annual growth rate of 30%.Facing the huge opportunity of the express delivery industry, Yiwu Tianhu Express Limited company have joined the Yiwu express industry competition, and won the rapid development and expansion in recent years.Because to the impact of financial crisis, economic growth starts to become slow,costs of labor, raw materials, fuel and equipment rise, so that the cost of express enterprises is rising in recent years. At the same time, the express delivery market is perfectly competitive.The domestic and foreign express giants and many small and medium-sized enterprises have entered Yiwu express delivery industry.So industry competition is intense, the price war constantly, which make Yiwu Tianhu express company encountered some difficulties.Therefore, this paper has Yiwu Tianhu Express Co. Ltd as an example, and takes the market marketing strategy as the breakthrough point.In order to seek a marketing strategy for Yiwu Tianhu company, which enables the company to obtain a sustainable development. Firstly, this paper studies and summarizes the present research situation betweent domestic and abroad, and puts forward with the research ways and structure of this paper. Then, the paper give the analysis of internal and external marketing environment and internal resources and ability of on Yiwu Tianhu express limited. On this basis, it will take the SWOT analysis on Yiwu Tianhu company,which is able to make one marketing strategy formulation of STP and the construction of a "4C+4P+1T" tactics, that is more in line with the development strategy of Yiwu Tianhu company. Finally, to ensure that the efficient and comprehensive implementation of the marketing strategy of “4C+4P+1T", the paper will put forward specific corresponding measures.
