Civil aviation, which is a service industry, should strive to provide people with more general aviation travel services. Yiwu airport, by the local management is a branch line airport with strong social welfare.Nowadays, with the rapid development in economic,want a further development, establish and maintain a long-term competitive advantage, the key is the ability to develop a suitable strategic plan for its own power and to implement them effectively.In the highly competitive market what to do must be selective.In this article, the author used related theories and methods of development strategies,respectively analysised the strategic environment, strategic goals and strategic measures of Yiwu airport,and that this article take the main attention to qualitative analysis, supplemented by a small amount of quantitative analysis.In this paper, the author use the analysis method of SWOT, comprehensive analysised the strategic environment of Yiwu airport. Consequently obtains the strategic election of holds the opportunity and bring into play selectively. In this foundation, revolved the emphases of strategic localization and the strategic target of the airport development, expatiated why the company chose the multiplication developmental strategy and the centralized management strategy ,also the primary coverage and the strategy in implementation. That, vigorously develop the aviation industry so that stimulate the development of related non-aviation business , and then increase airport revenues and enhance our competitiveness. Focus the resources advantages on the development of domestic air passenger transport. According to the market breadth and maturity, have a choice to take afranchise mode or self-development-related on non-aviation business. To enhance the core competitiveness of the airport, proposed main elements of the strategic implementation in Yiwu airport: improve airport brand image, improve the price competitiveness of products, supporting the development of base airlines.To sum up, at the opportunity of the rapid development in national economy and in entire aviation, Yiwu airport should vigorously develop the industry and accelerate development the non-aviation-related businesses, seeking healthy development track at an early date.
