| With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, our country is going through a violent spatial reconfiguration and evolution. During this process, many urban problem show up. The traffic congestion and air pollution become the most trouble problem to citizens. That drew the attention to the academia and government.During the urbanization in Xi’an, the urban problems become more serious in recent years, such as traffic jam during the rush hour, long commute, frequent hazy weather et al. That against the concept of low-carbon city. This research is point of penetration with the urban commute in Xi’an, by using statistics and spatial analysis study the features and influence factors of home-work separation, in order to find out the inner dynamic mechanism of home-work separation. In the meantime, make a contribution to improve the commute and job-housing balance, build ecological city in theory.(1)Through the collation and analysis of domestic and international duty of living separate research, presented theoretical framework and technical route of this study.On the basis of behavioral geography, traditional location theory, urban spatial structure theory and set the commuting characteristics as the breakthrough point, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, focusing on the affecting factors of the functional separation of living.On the technical method, the author using SPSS19.0 and arcGIS 10.1 software for statistical measurement analysis, single factor variance analysis, spatial agglomeration and spatial displacement analysis.(2)Through the analysis of survey sample, the average commuting time of Xi’an residents was about 35 minutes in 2014,which was on the top among the domestic and commuting distance mainly concentrated in 6～20 km. It turns out that Xi’an residents live in isolated post more prevalent, residence and employment has a certain spatial mismatch. Xi’an residents’ main commuting tools is bus, the residents about the present situation of Xi’an commuter satisfaction is low. Different social attribute of residents commute show different characteristics.(3)ANOVA analysis shows that:age, education, income, living conditions for the job live separated have a significant impact on residents’ behavior, and the influence of gender and professional operation of separation not significant; In addition to,the commuting time and commuting ways with different social attributes do correlation test, drawn transportation, age, income, living conditions and commuting time has a significant correlation, age, education, income, living conditions, and there is significant correlation with transportation.(4)The study of nine of Xi’an district residents commuting time, commuting distance and commuting tools space characteristics, found that residents of different regions exhibits distinct commuting characteristics, description spatial heterogeneity has an important impact on living separate. Clustering analysis and spatial dislocation analysis obtained job live isolated in Xi’an, the overall degree of separation is not high, but the core of residence and the core of employment have a significant dislocation, residential suburbanization and the employment centralized phenomenon is obvious.(5)Due to the limitations of manpower and technical in this research there still exists many shortcomings,and I hope to expand and improve in the future research. |
